He carries a wise, bold and advanced national stance, which Lebanon has long lacked, thus consolidating its effective independence and true sovereignty. Today, Lebanon stands in an honorable position among nations, the maker of its own decisions, carrying the concerns of its people and protecting its interests itself.”
